2. Products & Custom Designs

MX Decors offers a wide range of wall decor products including paintings, laser-cut art, Islamic wall art, clocks, and decorative items.

Customers can also request custom-made paintings or designs according to their preferences such as size, color, style, or specific artwork ideas. Once a custom design order is confirmed, our team will begin the production process.

Custom products are specially created for the customer and therefore may take additional time for preparation and delivery.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, customers will receive confirmation through email or WhatsApp. The order will only be processed once the details and payment method are verified.

MX Decors reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is an issue with product availability, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity.

4. Delivery Policy

The standard delivery time for most products is within 5–7 business days depending on location and product availability.

For custom design paintings or made-to-order items, delivery may take slightly longer because the product is specially created for the customer.

MX Decors is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

The request must be made within 7 days after receiving the product.

Photo or video proof may be required for damaged items.

After 7 days, return or replacement requests will not be accepted.

Custom-made products may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.

6. Payment Policy

We currently accept payments through the payment methods available on our website. Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

For custom design orders, advance payment may be required before production begins.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, product photos, and website content belong to MX Decors. These materials cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Custom designs created for customers are made specifically for their order but the original design rights remain with MX Decors.

8. Limitation of Liability

MX Decors will not be responsible for indirect losses, delays, or damages caused by third-party shipping services or events outside our control. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the purchased product.

9. Changes to Terms

MX Decors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website means acceptance of these changes.
