1. Delivery Information

At MX Decors, we aim to deliver your products safely and as quickly as possible. After placing an order, our team processes it and prepares the product for shipment.

  • Standard delivery time for most products is within 5–7 business days depending on your location in Pakistan.

  • For custom designs, paintings, or made-to-order wall art, delivery may take slightly longer because each item is specially created according to the customer’s requirements.

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier service schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive delivery updates from the courier service.


2. Custom Design Orders

MX Decors offers customers the option to order custom paintings and personalized wall decor designs. You can request custom sizes, colors, styles, or unique artwork according to your preference.

Because these products are specially designed and manufactured for the customer, custom orders require additional production time before shipment.

Custom design orders may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has started, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.


3. Return & Replacement Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement.

Conditions for return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging and condition.

  • Photo or video proof of the damaged product may be required to process the return or replacement.

After the 7-day return period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept return or replacement requests.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged during delivery or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team immediately. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable solution.

Our goal is to ensure every customer receives the product in perfect condition.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized designs

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Products returned after the 7-day return window
